Webbwood Industrial
A mass timber warehouse addition and wrap-around timber canopy that give an existing building a presence on the arterial road.
The owner needed more warehouse space, and the addition was a chance to give the building a presence on the arterial road behind the site.
The project is in design. Mass timber frames the warehouse addition and continues around the existing building as an exterior canopy over the front entrance and main loading dock, so the old and new parts read as one building.
