Upgrading an older heavy-industrial building's structure, envelope and services to extend its life for a new tenant.
The building housed heavy-industrial and extractive work, in an area of older buildings that serve the local mining industry. We updated the steel structure to extend its life, and upgraded energy performance, finishes, and mechanical and electrical capacity for a new tenant.
